Lessons for first-timers, equipment, lift pass, hotel, meals, transfers and an afternoon of snow games, all from one ski school. Work out a price for your team below, then send us your dates and we will shape the trip with you.
- Ski or snowboard lessons, 3 hours a day, 1 instructor to 4, for whoever wants them
- Skis or snowboard, boots, poles and a helmet
- Lift pass
- Gudauri Hills hotel, full board, twin rooms or singles
- Coach from Tbilisi airport to Gudauri and back, with a stop at Ananuri Fortress
- Snow games: 2.5 to 3 hours of team challenges with a coordinator
- A Georgian dinner with wine for the whole group
- A day trip to Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church
- Awards, photos and a bonfire after the snow games
Booking your own hotel or transfers? Leave them out and the price drops.
- International flights
- Travel insurance that covers skiing or snowboarding
- Ski clothing: jackets, pants, gloves, goggles. Available to rent at our shop.
- Drinks and personal expenses
- Arrival. Coach from Tbilisi to Gudauri, about 2.5 hours. Check in, equipment fitting at our shop downstairs, dinner.
- First ski day. First-timers start their lessons at 10:00 on the beginner slope. Everyone else is on the lifts as soon as they open.
- Second ski day. Morning lessons and skiing, then the whole team meets for the snow games in the afternoon, skiers and non-skiers together. A Georgian dinner in the evening, if you want one.
- Third ski day. The last lessons, and the first-timers ski with their colleagues by the afternoon. If weather closed the lifts earlier in the trip, this is the day that catches up.
- Departure. Equipment back to the shop, coach to Tbilisi airport with a stop at Ananuri Fortress.
Dates are flexible between December and April, weekdays included. Choose any number of nights and ski days and we will plan around them.
A team is never one level. Some have never stood on skis, some ski every winter, some will not ski at all. The trip works for all three.
- First-timers learn in groups of 4 at the same level, with the same instructor every day wherever possible.
- Confident skiers and snowboarders ski on their own, or take a lesson to work on their technique.
- Non-skiers come for the hotel, the views, the snow games and the dinner. They pay for the hotel and transfer only.
- The snow games need no skiing, so the whole team takes part together.

A preliminary price, per person. The final one is in the invoice once the dates and the group are fixed.
- 30% deposit when you confirm, so we can hold the hotel rooms
- The other 70% one week before arrival
- One invoice to your company for each payment, by bank transfer
- The deposit is not refundable once the hotel is booked
- Numbers are final when the balance is paid. No refund after that for anyone who cancels or doesn't travel.
- Lifts closed or road closed: the lesson moves to another day, or we refund the lesson part of that day
