Lessons, equipment, lift pass, hotel, meals and transfers for school groups, all from one ski school. Work out the price for your group below, then send us your dates.

- Arrival. Coach from Tbilisi to Gudauri, about 2.5 hours. Check in, equipment fitting at our shop downstairs, dinner.
- First ski day. Our instructors see every student ski and sort them into groups of 4 by level, skiers and snowboarders apart.
- Ski days 2 to 5. Lessons 10:00 to 13:00, lunch at the hotel, then practice with the chaperones until the lifts close at 17:00. Dinner at the hotel.
- Reserve day. If weather closes the lifts on an earlier day, that day's lesson moves here. Otherwise it is a free day, or a trip to Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church.
- Departure. Equipment back to the shop, coach to Tbilisi airport with a stop at Ananuri Fortress.
Dates are flexible between December and April. Choose any number of nights and ski days, and we can change the lesson hours too.
We have taught school groups before, including students from special-needs schools. Lessons are in English.
- Groups of 4 at the same level, so first-timers and confident skiers are never in one group.
- First-timers start on the beginner slope and go up the lifts once they are ready.
- Each group keeps the same instructor all week wherever possible.
- Chaperones can join their students' groups free of charge if they ski or ride at a higher level than the students. Chaperones who want lessons of their own pay our usual prices.
A different instructor ratio is possible. Ask us and we will price it.

A preliminary price. The final one is in the invoice once the dates and group size are fixed.
- Every student skis in a helmet
- Groups of 4 at their level, with the same instructor
- Instructors and chaperones stay in phone contact all day
- Students are never left on the mountain without an adult
- The resort has ski patrol and a medical point, and our team is in Gudauri every day
Every student and chaperone needs travel insurance that covers skiing or snowboarding, emergency medical treatment and evacuation. We don't sell insurance, but we are happy to read your policy before the trip.
- 30% deposit when you confirm, so we can hold the hotel rooms
- The other 70% one week before arrival
- We send an invoice for each payment
- The deposit is not refundable once the hotel is booked
- Student numbers are final when the balance is paid. No refund after that for students who cancel or don't travel.
- Lifts closed or road closed: the lesson moves to the reserve day, or we refund the lesson part of that day
- A student falls ill: no refund, but we move their lessons to the reserve day wherever we can
