Women's LessonsTaught by Women
Private lessons and classes for women only, always with a woman instructor. For first-timers who would rather not learn in a mixed group, and for women coming back after a long break or after a fall that stayed with them. Up to 4 of you on a private, 4 at most in a class.
- you want your own day and time. A private can be requested for any day of the season.
- you are coming with friends or family who are women — up to 4 of you, even at different levels.
- you want the whole lesson set to your pace, and nobody else's.
- you are happy to learn beside other women at your level, 4 at most.
- your dates match a class we post — or you send us your dates and ask.
- you would rather pay by the seat: a first-timer class is ₾150 per person.

- First-timers who would rather not learn in a mixed group
- Coming back after a break, or after a fall that stuck
- Up to 4 riders with one instructor
Not a guided ski day. If you already ride and want to learn your way around the mountain, take the Slope Tour instead.
| Day | Focus |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | Beginner slope. Stance, balance, stopping and your first turns. |
| Day 2 | Main slope and the chairlift. Linking turns and controlling speed. |
| Day 3 | Longer runs on steeper pitch. Riding the mountain on your own. |
3 days · 3 hours a day
- You will fall. Everyone does, instructors included. You learn how to fall and get up before you need to.
- The altitude is real. Gudauri starts at about 2,000 m. You tire faster, get thirsty sooner and burn in the sun quicker than at home.
- Easy slopes can look steep. Fear on a gentle slope is normal and says nothing about your ability. Say so — the instructor changes the terrain, not the pressure.
- Progress comes in steps. Nothing seems to happen for twenty minutes, then something suddenly works. The flat stretches are part of it.
- Your kit on you at the meeting point: skis or board, boots buckled, poles if you ski, helmet. Rent the day before if you can — a morning rental queue eats into a lesson.
- Boots that fit: snug, toes just touching the front when you stand straight, heel not lifting when you lean forward. A boot that hurts ends a lesson early — tell the rental shop, not your instructor.
- Your lift pass, bought before the start time.
- Arrive five to ten minutes early. The lesson ends at its booked time either way.
- Tell us about injuries, fears or health conditions when you book, not at the lift.
